RASHID EXPRESS’S RETURNS POLICY

RETURN POLICY

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please file a return request through the Rashid Express portal (App or Website). Return requests must be made within 14 days (Inclusive of non-business days) of delivery for Rashid Express Exclusive items and within 7 days (Inclusive of non-business days) for other (nonRashid Express Exclusive) items.

Please confirm if the product is covered under merchant warranty or brand warranty before using the product or after the return period has expired.

We allow a change of mind for a few categories. For further information, please see the section below on return policies per category.

RETURNS POLICY PER CATEGORY

Please be aware that some items designated as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns. View the comprehensive list of non-returnable items for additional details.

MOBILES AND TABLETS

The phrase "Change of Mind" does not apply to returns and refunds.

A refund will be given if Rashid Express determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Please take note that we do not accept used product returns. If a phone is dead when it is delivered, you can raise a return request with Rashid Express directly (i.e., does not switch on completely). If the mobile phone has already been activated*, please get the manufacturer's warranty details directly from the merchant or brand warranty provider.

*A mobile phone is deemed activated once the SIM card has been inserted or when it has established a Wi-Fi connection to the internet.

APPLIANCES

Change of mind/heart does not qualify for a return or refund.

A refund will be given if Rashid Express determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

COMPUTING & GAMING

Change of mind/heart does not qualify for a return or refund.

A refund will be given if Rashid Express determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Please take note that we do not accept used product returns. Rashied Express will only accept returns for laptops with brand warranties if the product is dead when it is received (i.e., does not switch on completely). Please get in touch with the merchant or brand warranty provider directly for details on the manufacturer's warranty if the brand seal has been broken or opened.

All software products marked "non-returnable" on their product details page are non-returnable.

Note: For information regarding the manufacturer's warranty for any software-related technical issues or installation issues, please contact the brand warranty provider directly.

VIDEO, AUDIOS & CAMERAS

Items that cannot be returned: movie, television, and music gift certificates or services.

A refund will be given if Rashid Express determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Items that are non-returnable: Any custom-made items, anything built to order

SPORTS & OUTDOOR

Change of mind/heart is applicable for return and refund except items shipped from oversea or marked as non-returnable.

A refund will be given if Rashied Express determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Please check the product page to see the appropriate return grounds for products purchased from abroad.

Sport Watches, Dance, Exercise, Fitness, Nutrition, Gymnastics, Supplements, Outdoor Equipment, Fitness Equipment or any other Sports Equipment

Returns and refunds are not permitted due to a change of mind/heart.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, Rashid Express will issue a refund based on its evaluation.

BABY & TOYS

Returns and refunds are not permitted due to a change of mind/heart.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, Rashid Express will issue a refund based on its evaluation.

OTHER CATEGORY

Returns and refunds are not permitted due to a change of mind/heart.

A refund will be given if Rashid Express determines that the item is out-of-date, flawed, wrong, or incomplete. Items that cannot be returned include installation services and any kind of vehicle (bikes, car, moto, etc.). Any item if it’s marked as non-returnable or non-refundable is not eligible for return or refund.

Reasons to return a product

• The delivered product has been damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or is defective (e.g., unable to switch on).

• The delivered product is insufficient (missing items and/or accessories).

• The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., the wrong product/size/color, a counterfeit item, or an expired item).

• The delivered product does not match the product description or image (i.e., product not as advertised)

• The product that was delivered did not fit. (i.e., the size is insufficient)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The item needs to be flawless, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Products for the fashion industry can be tested on to determine how well they fit. This will continue to be regarded as unworn.

The item must come with all of its original tags, instructions, warranty cards, gifts, receipts, and accessories.

The item must be returned in the manufacturer's original, unused packing or box. If a Rashid Express box or packaging was used to transport the item, the box or packaging needs to be returned. Avoid sticking tape or stickers directly on the packing or box from the manufacturer.

NOTE: To avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process, please include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package.

If your returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny any refund request.

Note: If your return request is denied, the item will be returned to you within 4-7 days. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be given.

MISTAKEN RETURNS

When returning something, make sure you include the right item in its entirety. To be eligible for a refund, the right item has to be returned.

Items given to us by error are not kept by Rashid Express; instead, where appropriate and practical, they are donated or recycled (if possible) or destroyed as per rules and regulations. Please get in touch with Rashid Express customer service right away if you unintentionally shipped Rashid Express the incorrect item. No reimbursement is given for things that are delivered to Rashid Express incorrectly, and Rashid Express is unable to guarantee that your item will be located and returned.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Any eligible product can be exchanged through Rashid Express Platform.

You must return the original item and place a new order if the item doesn't have an exchange option or if you received it as a gift.

To swap out a product:

• Select Return or replace items next to the item you wish to exchange on your Rashid Express Platform.

• Choose the item you wish to exchange, then pick a justification from the Return for option. Send the original item back using the accompanying return label as well as original label. To avoid getting charged for both the original and exchange products, return the original item within 7-14 days.

• Rashid Express will repay you the difference (excluding delivery or any other charges) if the item you're exchanging costs less than the one you originally bought. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference (including delivery or any other charges) will be charged to you.

Note: You may return but not exchange items that fulfilled by Rashid Express but were sold by another vendor.
